Founded in 2025, Palestra Wrestling Academy has become a cornerstone of competitive wrestling excellence. Named after the ancient Greek wrestling schools, we honor the tradition while pushing the boundaries of modern athletic training.
Our coaches bring decades of combined experience from youth, collegiate and national levels, dedicated to developing champions both on and off the mat. We believe wrestling builds character, discipline, and an unbreakable spirit.
Coaching is a done 'with you' service, not a done 'for you' service. Champions are built through partnership, not shortcuts.

Iron Kids
We do not focus on competing for this age group. Instead, we create a non-competitive environment where young athletes can learn wrestling skills, develop their motor abilities, build strength, and, most importantly, have fun.
